Today our athletes moved some serious weight with the back squat. We like to deadlift around here but the back squat is another movement where major weight is moved through a long range of motion. All that adds up to a significant neuroendocrine response and a launch of hormones that will add size and strength to the human body in a hurry.
After the heavy strength component our athletes did a little rowing and some bodyweight movements to get the heart hammering. Everyone is looking good in their movement and really making progress.
